High School Debit Card Program

We’ve partnered with several high schools within our field of membership to bring the students, faculty, and staff of these schools a special debit card program. The Campus Debit Card functions as a debit card that conveniently enables student and faculty members to make purchases exclusively on their high school campuses.

The Campus Debit Card, which also serves as the school ID card, is only accepted on campus. It can be used to pay for purchases in the school cafeteria and bookstore (at select locations) – without cash. The purchase amount is debited from a First Financial checking account. In addition to convenience, the card allows for shorter lines at checkout and better service.

  • First, join First Financial using the Campus Debit Card student application linked above. The student is the primary member, and a parent or guardian is required as joint owner. The completed application opens a free checking account from which the purchases are debited.
  • Campus Debit Card IDs are distributed during the second week of school.
  • Stay up to date on the account with free Online Banking, Mobile Banking, eStatements and eAlerts.
  • The account continues from year to year unless you close it. With a Visa® debit card, the student can utilize the account over the summer, into college and beyond.
  • There are several convenient funding options for the debit card account:
    • Mobile Deposit
    • Online Banking transfers
    • Make an Online Payment with your checking or savings account at another institution or with a non
    • First Financial debit or credit card
    • Deposits by mail or in person
  • Find additional Campus Debit Card tips here.

Parents of these students won’t worry about lost lunch money and will have greater control over spending with the Campus Debit Card. Rest assured that only the cardholder can make purchases from the account.
