Skip-A-Payments

Skip-A-Payment allows for two monthly (or four bi-weekly) payment(s) to be “skipped” by adding the skipped payment(s) to the end of the loan. 

Please complete the Skip-A-Pay Application and send the form via our secure Message Center found in Online Banking. 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must not have had a Skip-A-Pay on the respective loan within the last 6 months
  • Must be in good standing with the credit union 

Financial Hardships

If you are experiencing financial hardship and meet the guidelines below:

  • One or more of my loans is at least 30 days past due; and
  • At least six monthly payments or 12 bi-weekly payments have been made on my loan(s)

Please note, that additional documents may be requested to assist you with an optimal solution. Requested documents include, but are not limited to:

  • Most recent pay statements (last 30 days)
  • Most recent bank statement (last 30 days)
  • Proof of hardship
  • Application for Loss Mitigation 

Requests will be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case and a decision will be made based on the totality of the circumstances.
