- Streamlined process for members to provide documentation electronically.
- Improved branch appointment scheduling procedures and increased efficiency for members to complete complex transactions in minimal time.
- Improved phone menu to expedite transfers to appropriate departments for faster member service.
- Enhanced member statements and expedited availability and access.
- Discontinued signature requirements for in-branch deposits.
- Improved branch staff ability to assist members with online banking transaction inquiries.
- Increased opportunities for fee reversals and incorporated option for members to manage fee reverals through online and mobile banking.
- Reduced response time to fulfill member requests made through online banking and our Digital Member Service Center.
- Launched Zelle®, a convenient new funds transfer option available through First Financial’s mobile banking service.
- Created a new look for member statements with an easier-to-read layout and enhanced eStatements portal with several new features.
