Report a Lost or Stolen Card

Suspect your First Financial credit or debit card has been lost or stolen? Here’s what to do.

Follow these steps to prevent any unauthorized access:

  • Block credit and debit cards anytime 24/7 using Manage My Cards in Online or Mobile Banking or by calling 410-321-6060 and following the prompts. A replacement card will be ordered for you automatically.
  • Review your account activity via Online Banking or Phone Banking.
  • To report any transactions that you do not recognize or suspect are fraudulent, contact us 24/7 by calling 410-321-6060 and following the prompts. When calling, you may be asked to enter your card number. If you do not know your card number, press 0# to bypass the prompts.

First Financial is now offering digitally issued Visa® debit and credit cards, letting you use your new card right away, before it arrives in the mail.

  • Log into the First Financial mobile app
  • Under “Accounts” then “Manage My Cards,” find the new card you want to add
  • Select “Add to Wallet”
  • Your card is ready to use with merchants that accept digital payments
  • Don’t forget to activate your physical card once it arrives

First Financial will never ask for your personal or sensitive information by phone, email, or text. Always hang up and contact First Financial directly to confirm if the request and message are legitimate.
