The Application Process

Here’s what you can expect when you apply for a position with First Financial.
  • Review

    We’ll review your application and screen for qualifications.

  • Intro Call

    If you meet our qualifications, we’ll invite you to join us on an introductory call with a member of our talent acquisition team.

  • Interview

    We then will conduct a mix of virtual and face-to-face interviews so you learn more about the role and FFFCU…and of course, for us to learn more about you.

  • Offer

    If you’re a good fit for the role, we’ll extend an offer to join the First Financial team.

    • Sweet Treats: Our Sweet Treats program allows us to acknowledge employees and departments for their outstanding service and dedication. When a member goes out of their way to commend an employee, or when an employee goes above and beyond to assist a member or the credit union, we celebrate their efforts with a small candy, snack treat, or gift card.
    • CYI (Coin Your Idea): We encourage all employees to share their innovative ideas and suggestions for improving processes or trying something new. Your thoughts and opinions matter greatly to us, and if your idea is chosen for implementation, you’ll be rewarded with your choice of $200 or an additional vacation day.
    • MVP (Most Valuable Player) Award: The MVP Award recognizes FFFCU employees who consistently go above and beyond their normal duties. If you know of a colleague who has made an exceptional contribution, you can nominate them for this prestigious award. If approved, the MVP Award is presented to the employee and is designated for the month in which their outstanding efforts were noted.
