To process. your application, please provide:

• Valid form of identification – currently issued driver’s license, state issued identification, passport, or Military identification
• $1 opening deposit

Other items required include:

• Sponsor member – any owner of the business may sponsor the business account. The sponsor must be 18 or older, an owner of the business to be added to the account, and their primary First Financial account must be in good standing
• Information for all owners. All owners (and Directors/Trustees) of the business must be eligible for membership
• Certification of Beneficial Owner form
  • Provided by First Financial
  • Required for Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, General Partnerships, or legal entities registered with Maryland Dept. of Assessments and Taxation (View changes to business account procedures).
• Any documents used to establish the business
  • Trade name application
  • Articles of Incorporation (C-Corp, S-Corp, PSC)
  • Articles of Organization (LLC)
  • Statement of Partnership Authority (GP)
  • Group Resolution or Statement of Purpose (Organizations)
  • Statement of Purpose (Activity/Club Accounts)
  • Proof of Tax ID number
