When making an online purchase on a desktop, mobile, or other digital device, your purchase may be paused by a pop-up screen similar to the ones below.

Simply select to receive your one-time passcode (OTP) on your mobile device or email on file, then enter the verification code or call the customer support phone number provided to continue your purchase. This additional security step helps us ensure it’s you making the purchase and better protects you from fraud.

There’s no need to download, install, or register for Visa Secure. All First Financial Visa debit and credit cards automatically include this additional layer of cardholder protection.
